I ran into a post with some interesting Twitter Stats and facts. One of the 50 Twitter fact was IBM’s use of crowd sourcing.
IBM can predict wait times at airports by crowdsourcing information from tweets. They search tweets for mentions of airports, then send an @reply to the tweeters and ask them to reply with wait times.
When you are busy picking the right niche you might want to consider this Twitter tactic for taping into an existing crowd as another way to find out what’s really going on in the market or business that you’re considering.
The biggest issue of course is taking the time to tweet to the market keyword in question.
An easy way to do this on the go is to use your https://wpgrow.com and my Mobile Social Media tactics.
