You’re going to have to play around with the settings I’m going to show you until you get the right mix of file size and video quality. The right mix for YOUR customers.
What’s right for my customers, isn’t the right solution for you. That’s why you should test some videos and find a configuration that you’re happy with.
Here’s what I did.

A Raw .avi screen capture at 800X600 that lasts about 7 minutes. The file size is approx. 30 MB.

Watch different encodings of the same original………. all with different settings of color depth, audience and frame rates.
