Not Every Part of Our Business Runs on WordPress
That’s the case for our Members Billing and Support Site. It runs on a separate application called WHMCS and unfortunately… A bug in that software has forced us to take that application offline for the next 24 hours.
So if you visit the http://wpblogsupport.com/members/ page and don’t get what you normally expect, or you’ve sent an email to support@wpblogsupport.com and not heard anything back, don’t worry. We haven’t gone anywhere!
I’ll keep adding updates to this post and I’m hoping that the crew can have the software fixed shortly. If you get really stuck we’ll be adding more staff to the chat’s and even taking phone/skype calls if you need help.
