This month there will be close to 40 Million WordPress-Related Keywords Searches!
Almost 500,000 people will do a keyword search for “WordPress” alone. An exact match, that’s just “WordPress”, not “WordPress Support” or WordPress Help” or “WordPress plugins”.
If you take into consideration the abbreviated WP searches (ie wp blog support) the number of monthly searches is well over 40 million searches.
WordPress is searched five times as much as Joomla and nine times more often than Drupal.
The WordPress software has also had nearly 100 updates since it was first launched and with those updates…..Feature creep something that just happens. WordPress isn’t immune from it.
