There are a number of specific places to get help with your Hosting account.
The First is the “Client Area: – This is where you’ll find all your passwords, past purchase details, domain registrations, support tickets and the Hosting Knowledgebase.
The username and password combination for the FullContact site and billing may be different than your hosting account and cPANEL. If you have trouble each of the login screens will resend your login details to the email address you used when registering.
