What the heck is a widget I can hear you ask???
Well once you know, you’ll wonder how you blogged without them using WordPress.
We’ve covered a number of odd names in your WordPress Blog, Posts, Pages, Plugins, Themes and Now Widgets! I like to thing of a widget as an “Post it note” for Blogs.
A widget gives you the opportunity to place a select amount of specific data taken from somewhere else and “place” it on your Blogs screen. It doesn’t take up the entire page, like a “post it” it acts like a reminder or links to additional data.
