Just wanted to send a quick note and let all the WPBlogsupport customers know that we are a bit behind in tickets today..... and it wasn't because we got to take some extra time off :-)
Our office INTERNET provider had major problems today that caused a wide part of Ottawa to be without Wireless Internet, Office, Internet, Home Internet, Cable TV amd Home phone. As a result we werent able to work on some tickets as quickly as we would have liked. This is still an on going issue after nearly 10 hours so we'll keep posting as we find out more and continue to work on WordPress Suport requests from a reote location and another provider.
This outage has nothing to do with any WordPres Sites that we host!
You can still make requests of course! We just might take a bit longer to get them completed without full access to our office network.
Sorry for the hassles, I'll keep you up to date as soon as we get an update.
