For the last week there was an error at our support desk email provider that was causing some problems for the Help Desk software. Normally when a support request is sent by email it is deleted after is has been added to the support ticket list. This wasn't happening last week!
Every 5 minutes the same support ticket was being opened as an additional ticket!
So we shut this feature off for last week until the email provider was able to setup the support mail to be deleted after import.
Everything seems to be working right now. We'll keep our eyes on it and if you get some extra emails please accept our apologies!
